This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Agoxn Solution (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our website https://agoxn.com, including software development, website development, mobile application development, maintenance, and IT consulting services.
Agoxn Solution offers customized, project-based, and digital services. Due to the nature of our services, once work has started on a project, refunds are generally not applicable.
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email to info@agoxn.com.
All advance payments, booking amounts, or milestone payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. Advance payments secure project scheduling, resources, and planning.
In rare cases where Agoxn Solution is unable to continue or deliver the service due to internal or unavoidable reasons, a refund may be processed on a pro-rata basis after evaluating the completed work.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
We provide revisions as per the agreed project scope. Additional changes or new requirements beyond the scope may incur extra charges and do not qualify for refunds.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. Transaction or gateway charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any applicable taxes, government fees, or third-party charges already paid are non-refundable.
Agoxn Solution reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
